Coward Marc Adamus tries to silence us.

  The LIAR & FRAUD Marc Adamus has attempted to use the “legal system” to silence MarcadamusLIES.org. Of course, his attempt ended in spectacular failure (as will be evident in a day or two), but not before he managed to upend our main site for a few days. It must be noted that most liars and frauds attempt to use the legal system to silence critics and whistleblowers. 

 

  The basic idea behind this is that the liar/fraud has become quite comfortable from the proceeds of his fraud, and can afford to do some saber rattling through his lawyer. After all, protecting the fraud-based niche he’s found is important. The lawyer files some papers and as everyone knows, most whistleblowers/fraud busters don’t have very big budgets. For a few hundred quid, you might make your embarrassing problem go away, for good.

  Not this time, though. MarcAdamusLIES.org has abandoned their current host who, by the way, folded like a wet noodle when Marc did his “don’t you know who I am!” impression, and we’ve moved to an ISP that values free speech and the truth. We’re sorry Marc, but you’ll really have to try harder next time. MarcAdamusLIES.net will be up soon! All the best! 

  As for iPage, we suppose they would much rather host much less controversial material on their servers, say, material from the Cult, uhhh, Church of Scientology or perhaps Holocaust Denial (a favorite of Kevin Mcneal, by the way). Needless to say, if you need a host with a spine, look elsewhere; iPage is an invertebrate.

Marc Adamus LIE #1: 7 exposures in 30 seconds (or less)

Marc Adamus LIE #1: 7 exposures in 30 seconds

 On photo.net, referring to his image “Mountain Mountain”, taken in Zion National Park (right off the road, too), Marc made the following statement:

This is a blend of seven exposures taken as quickly as possible…..

…..All this in 30 seconds or less so there was tack sharp detail throughout and so it looked the way I envisioned it.

 Let’s start with this important bit of info that immediately made the 30 second claim a preposterous lie:

I combined two successive 6 second exposures to get the streak all the way across the foreground.

 So we have one 6 second exposure, plus a 6 second noise reduction (dark frame) exposure, equaling 12 seconds for one exposure. Both exposure total 24 seconds just for the 2 frames. So Marc is implying that in 6 seconds or less, he was able to fire off the following:

-2 different exposures at F9 for depth of field

-2 exposures for highlight control

-1 exposure at F2.8 and ISO 800 to reduce wind motion in the trees

 Of course, the time quoted by Marc (30 seconds OR LESS) is absolutely preposterous, unless Marc can somehow move at approximately the speed of sound (or light).  Taking all these exposures and changing the settings in between would likely require at least two minutes, and probably closer to between two and three minutes. 

 We understand WHY Marc made up this lie. The idea is that if you shoot off a whole bunch of exposures in a couple seconds and then combine them in Photoshop (will he also claim that this was done in 30 seconds or less?), it’s somehow not a fraudulent construct because it was all done really quickly, and therefore essentially just a single image. We’ll let you try to wrap your mind around that sort of reasoning for a moment.

We look at the reactions from some of the Marc-loving morons on Photo.net, where we introduced Marc and his acolytes to the new MarcAdamusLIES.org. This post refers to the "Mountain Mountain image", which is also critiqued by Marc Adamus LIES 2.0 here.

 Of course, anyone who spends his time online either posting or commenting on images is a moron by default. Real photographers don’t sit on their chairs and argue about Canon vs Nikon, whether Marc is the best “photographer” of all time or merely of the last century, or selling each other “photography workshops”.

 Does Art Wolfe post his images on Photosig or Flickr? Would Ansel Adams ask for “comments and critiques” from a bunch of nameless jerkoffs he’d never met? Of course not.

A moron called Jeremy Moore: Ha there goes jealous loser guy again, what a load of s#!t	Jeremy failed to be specific about exactly why we are envious of Marc. Could be it that we are envious of his pathetic 2-3 print sales a month? Or maybe we’re envious of the fact that he has to “teach” fraudulent photography workshops just to pay the rent. Either way, Jeremy wasn’t clear which one of these we envy Marc for.

By the “beating a dead horse” comment, we assume Mark is tired of just hearing about how a good a liar Marc Adamus is; he wants to know how he can be one too.

The Jeremy Moore idiot again: 1. This stupid mal site is a load of crap, don’t even waste… 2. the guy apparently doesn’t understand art and he’s just a jealous jerk off loser that is using marcs name to try to be popular…..pathetic	1. Again, Jeremy fails to clarify how Marc Adamus LIES 2.0 is a “load of crap”. Probably too much of a burden for poor Jeremy. 2. Jeremy fails to explain how Marc Adamus LIES hopes to become “popular” using Marc’s name. We are probably expecting too much. Jeremy might know how to “trip Marc’s shutter”, but anything beyond that is a real struggle.
The Alberto Dall’Oglio idiot again: Let only your works and your art talk; nothing more.	We guessed old Alberto missed a beat here. If Marc were only to post his images and leave out the extensive bullshit we’ve all come to expect, he’d sell a lot fewer workshops. And selling workshops is what it’s all about. Obviously, Marc won’t be taking Alberto’s advice in this case. The more Marc’s mouth runs, the more Alberto and idiots like him feel the rise in their pants.

A response to some current and likely Marc Adamus claims regarding the new Marc Adamus LIES 2.0

 

A short response to some Marc Adamus claims:

Naturally, Marc Adamus is currently scrambling his response to Marc Adamus LIES 2.0. While his first reaction was no doubt putting on a brave face and acting like Marc Adamus LIES 2.0 is irrelevant, in the background, a liar’s wheels are desperately turning as he rushes to respond intelligibly to the latest threat to “stardom”. We are posting this to address some of his current claims & likely future claims:

The outcome is inevitable/this matter is settled

This one really speaks to Marc's hubris. He thinks that Marc Adamus LIES 2.0 will be quickly silenced and he'll be back to business as usual in no time. Of course, he is sorely mistaken.

I am worred/concerned/I fear for my life/this is scary!

These statements are cowardly lies that speak to Marc's fear-mongering machinations/inventions. Of course, Marc does not fear for his life. Marc Adamus LIES 1.0 never made any threats against Marc, and Marc Adamus LIES 2.0 continues this tradition with a guarantee: we do not advocate violence of any sort toward Marc Adamus or his loser entourage. Our mode of action is purely journalistic. Marc's “friends”, however, will seize the opportunity to make all sort of threats against Marc Adamus LIES 2.0. They did it last time, and they'll do it again this time. If anyone should be fearing for their lives, it’s us, the operators of Marc Adamus LIES 2.0.

These people are stalking me!

This claim is preposterous. Because Marc Adamus has placed his “images” in multiple online locations and insistently sought “critiques” (placed in quotes because he’s really only looking for positive critiques), Marc has removed any expectation of privacy. In fact, he desires that people dig up all the juicy tidbits and spread it far and wide. The fact that his voluminous bs is now used in criticisms of him doesn’t make it stalking. We are not sitting outside his window and spying on him; we are simply accessing publicly available information that he made available to further his fraudulent goals.
